Dr
Dick Stockley, MBE MBBS DTM&H
Dr Stockley is a British trained General Practitioner with a diploma
in tropical medicine from Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
He worked in Ngoro hospital from 1980-1983
and in Kotido Karamoja as a medical missionary from 1983-1992.
In 1992 he joined Dr Gibbons in The
Surgery in the British High Commission building, and bought the
present premises in 2000.
He was awarded the MBE in 2005.
He specializes in
tropical medicine, wears Disney ties and writes pantomimes in his
spare time.
